In the second operating group, Jobponte again acts as a bridge between the employer and the job candidate, but this time it provides support to both the employer and the candidate throughout the job search process, from the very beginning until the employment contract is signed. In this system, Jobponte serves as a third party between the employer and the candidate. Jobponte is also present at the interview table as a third party during the interviews that companies conduct with the candidates they wish to hire. In this group, employers seeking personnel and Jobponte work together on legal processes such as candidate selection, hiring, placement, and visa procedures. Job seekers do not pay any fees to Jobponte for finding a job.
